Welcome to Symetrie Studio Spa. By accessing our website, booking our services, or visiting our facility, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any treatment or consultation.

1. Services and Consultations

Medical Disclaimer: All information provided on this website and during consultations is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Treatment Results: While our experienced practitioners strive for excellence in every procedure, individual results for aesthetic treatments including Botox, Dermal Fillers, PRP Therapy, Microneedling, and Permanent Makeup (PMU) may vary based on factors such as skin type, age, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Medical Eligibility: Certain treatments have medical contraindications including but not limited to pregnancy, breastfeeding, active skin infections, autoimmune disorders, and blood clotting disorders. You must provide complete and accurate health information during your consultation. Failure to disclose relevant medical history may result in complications for which Symetrie Studio Spa cannot be held responsible.

Consultation Requirement: First-time clients and those seeking certain treatments must attend a consultation before booking the procedure. This allows our specialists to assess your suitability and discuss realistic expectations.

2. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of our specialists and other clients, we maintain the following policies:

Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50-$100 (depending on the service) may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

Cancellation Notice: You must provide at least 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service time. A rescheduling fee may apply, and you will be responsible for the full service cost.

No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your full deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.

Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

3. Payments and Pricing

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Pricing: All prices listed on our website and promotional materials are subject to change without prior notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.

Package Deals: Treatment packages must be used within the specified timeframe and are non-transferable. Unused sessions will expire and cannot be refunded.

Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our aesthetic and medical services, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

Product Returns: Retail skincare products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

4. Safety and Professionalism

Right to Refuse Service: Symetrie Studio Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for medical safety reasons, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to follow pre-treatment instructions. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Professional Conduct: We maintain a professional, respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.

Minors: Clients under the age of 18 are not permitted to receive injectable treatments or permanent makeup services. For other treatments, minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must provide written consent.

Pre-Treatment Instructions: You are responsible for following all pre-treatment instructions provided by our staff. Failure to do so may affect your results or require rescheduling of your appointment at your expense.

Aftercare Compliance: Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results and healing. You are responsible for following all post-treatment instructions. Non-compliance may affect your results and limit our ability to address concerns.

5. Health and Safety Protocols

Hygiene Standards: We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and follow all applicable health department regulations and industry best practices.

Informed Consent: Before any procedure, you will be required to sign an informed consent form acknowledging that you understand the treatment, its risks, and potential side effects.

Allergies and Sensitivities: You must inform us of any known allergies, sensitivities, or previous adverse reactions to cosmetic products or treatments.

Medical History Updates: Please inform us immediately of any changes to your medical history, medications, or health status between appointments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Symetrie Studio Spa name, logo, branding, photography, "Before & After" images, treatment descriptions, and written content, is the exclusive property of Symetrie Studio Spa and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized Use Prohibited: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website or social media platforms without express written permission.

Client Photos: Before & After photos may be taken for your records and, with your written consent, for marketing purposes. You have the right to decline permission for your photos to be used publicly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Symetrie Studio Spa and its practitioners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
