Gently pat the area dry with a clean paper towel and apply a very thin layer of Aquaphor. Reapply the Aquaphor 2-3 times throughout the day, maintaining a thin, moist barrier protecting the area at all times. Repeat this for 3-4 days following the procedure.
-
Applying an excess amount of Aquaphor may cause an infection. Do not apply any healing agents to the area, as they may strip the applied pigment.
-
If scabbing or peeling occurs, do not pick or peel the scab. Do NOT apply makeup directly on top of the treated area.
-
If you wear makeup around the area, remove it with water, a mild, fragrance-free soap. Avoid makeup removers and harsh cleaners.
